Q: WILL MY DESIGN BE AN ORIGINAL, AS IN IT CAN’T BE FOUND ANYWHERE ELSE?
A: If you purchase a OOAK (one of a kind logo) then absolutely, 100% yes! Pretty much everything else in this store will be resold multiple times. I do occasionally retire designs also so please just let me know if you see anything you might want to make just yours.
Q: HOW LONG IS YOUR TURN AROUND TIME ON PRE MADE LOGOS?
A: We can normally turn around premade designs in 24-48 hours. Instant download items are pretty much that.. instant! You will receive a link to download your files once you have checked out.
Q: WHAT FILE TYPES DO YOU PROVIDE ON LOGO DESIGNS?
A: Pretty much everything you need. As standard on a Logo design I will send you PNG, PDF and JPG files. Vector EPS and layered PSD files are also available.
Instant download logos will be sent in layered PSD format.
Q: CAN I SEE A PREVIEW OF A LOGO DESIGN BEFORE I PURCHASE?
A: Absolutely, yes! Just purchase this listing here and we can send you a quick preview
Q: WHAT IF I HAVE A PROBLEM WITH ANY OF MY DOWNLOAD FILES?
A: Please feel completely free to contact us with any problems you may have with the files you receive. While we do not offer training on any software/website systems we can normally point you in the right direction. Please also make sure you have the correct equipment required in order to use any of the download items.
Q: I WANT TO PURCHASE A WEBSITE TEMPLATE BUT HAVE NO IDEA HOW TO INSTALL IT. DO YOU OFFER INSTALL SERVICES?
A: Yes we do! Just contact us to find out our current install schedule and for fees.

A: ABSOLUTELY! YES!

Q: DO YOU PROVIDE PRINTING SERVICES?
A: Not currently but I can suggest various print houses for you.
Q: HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY FILES?
A: Your files will be either available for instant download after check out or emailed to you. Occasionally I will use a service like dropbox to send you larger files sizes.
Q: WHAT PAYMENT TYPES DO YOU ACCEPT?
A: Paypal is our preferred method. Don’t have PayPal? Don’t Worry, PayPal accepts all credit and debit cards.
Q: I NEED SOMETHING DONE YESTERDAY. CAN YOU HELP ME?
A: We can usually accommodate your rush job depending on our production schedule. Contact us to find out.
Q: DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS?
A: Generally, No. Due to the nature of digital products, we do not allow refunds as they are in effect products that cannot be returned to us. Saying that if you have an issue with anything, we will work with you to come to an agreeable solution.
